Red carpet auto body

Hey, I am also a satisfied customer of Matrix Auto Body. I was HlT in the rear-end and a friend of mine recommended them to me. I found them to be available, prompt, and very proactive throughout the entire process. The work was flawless by my standards. Best service I'v had

I had never been in an accident . Laurie helped me through the whole ordeal. Once I received the estimate and estimated time to do the job. She took me back to my vehicle and explained and showed me on the vehicle what everything was. I was skeptical at first bein a college girl I knew nothing about cars. After talking with her and her explaining all to me I am thankful. I love the repairs...

If you love youre car don't take it to them.

This is the worst place you could take your car to. They don’t do a good job they left my car with dry dripping paint and because of that the door now rattles when opening and closing. They scratched my car when I talked to the Owner about it he said it was not them that he wanted prove that the car did not have those scraches. Honest people, QUALITY work

They worked directly with my insurance company to get everything included in my claim, provided me with a rental car right at their office when I dropped off my car, finished my car on time and made it look like new.! They cleaned my car inside and out and were a pleasure to work with!!!

My car looks GREAT

They had my car done in four days!!! I was so impresed!!! I was really impresed on how they handeld everything. Joe was in touch with my insurance company every step of the way. all it cost me was my dedudctable. Thats the way it shuold be!

Don't use this auto body shop!

Your car will smell like smoke and it will take (3) times for them to fix your repair...and then it will break! Went here for an insurance repair...Simple repair...It took the place (3) times at the shop to repair - and even though the owner swears that his guys don't smoke in the vehicles - they did. It still smells like smoke. The paint job done has now failed and I won't trust them with...

Great Work

They fixed my civic and it looks fantastic. The even cleaned my car. I have had work done at other places and have never been treated this well

Paint peeling already...

I had some touch up work done Aug 2008. It is now Oct 2008 and the clear coat paint is already chipping and peeling. When I took it in, they claimed they did not paint the spoiler. This car had never been to a body shop ever. They painted it, and won't take responsibility for the bad work. Won't EVER go back. Don't waste your time or money.

Awesome & Cheap Service!!!

I have taken a couple of different vehicles to this body shop for various different problems (i.e. radiators and body work) and they had each vehicles problems corrected before the promised date and the work was remarkable. Their service was friendly and their staff are always available to answer questions, even if it is after hours. They are a great deal, and were tons cheaper than any other...
